By the grace of God, it was established in the year 2004. This institution is an affiliate and representative of People’s International University, Germany. A private university in Germany.

This institution gave birth to another school called GLOBAL IMPACT UNIVERSITY. This was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC ABUJA) in 2019. Equally affiliated with the People’s International University, Germany.
